SportsUniversityofIndia.com (“SUI”) is an independent online sports-learning and career platform operated commercially by Actingwood, a sole proprietorship in India.

Platform status

SUI is not a university established or recognised under Indian law and does not independently award recognised university degrees. Formal academic programmes referenced on the platform are offered by their respective institutions.

Free and paid services

Core learning resources may be offered free of charge. Certain digital products, professional packs, verification services or other optional offerings may carry a fee. The applicable price and scope are shown before purchase.

Digital products

Paid digital products are licensed to the purchaser for personal or internal professional use. They may be adapted for the purchaser’s own work, but may not be resold, republished, shared publicly, redistributed as templates, or represented as the purchaser’s proprietary product.

Payments

Eligible payments are collected for Actingwood through an approved payment service provider. A payment is considered successful only after the payment provider confirms the transaction and SUI verifies it.

No guaranteed outcomes

Career resources, templates and guidance are educational and practical tools. Purchase or use does not guarantee employment, admission, sponsorship, commercial success, revenue, selection or any other outcome.

User responsibility

Users are responsible for checking facts, rights, permissions, budgets, laws, contracts and professional advice applicable to their own sports project or commercial use.
