Delivery & Shipping Policy

Current SUI Pro Packs are digital products. No physical shipment is required.

Delivery

After a successful payment is verified, access is provided online through SportsUniversityofIndia.com. The purchaser can use the pack in the browser and may use the provided print/save-PDF function for personal use.

Delivery problems

If payment succeeds but access is not available, email kaprishail@gmail.com with the Razorpay payment reference and purchaser email so access can be checked.

Physical products

If SUI offers physical merchandise or goods in the future, the applicable shipping method, charges and estimated fulfilment terms will be shown on that product before payment.
