Information you submit

This may include name, email, optional phone number, career interests and information you choose to enter into SUI forms. Workspace progress is currently stored in the user’s browser unless a feature explicitly submits information to SUI.

Payments

Payment information is processed through our approved payment provider. SUI receives transaction identifiers and payment status needed to verify the purchase; we do not need to store full card details.

How information is used

Information may be used to deliver requested products and services, respond to support queries, record consented career interests, prevent abuse, and maintain platform operations.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information to advertisers. Information may be processed by service providers used to operate payments, hosting, email or platform infrastructure where necessary for those services.

Children and young users

SUI provides open educational material that may be useful to young learners. Paid purchases and direct submission of personal contact information should be made by a person legally able to enter the transaction or with appropriate parent/guardian involvement where required.
